Prenatal Support
Two personalized in-home visits (1.5–2 hours each) where we will:

• Build a trusting relationship
• Help you feel more confident and prepared to navigate birth
• Explore your birth preferences, goals, and values
• Create a personalized, value-based birth plan
• Go over any questions, concerns, or fears you may have
• Practice comfort measures, positions, and coping techniques
• Prepare for a positive postpartum experience

Labor & Birth Support

• On-call availability from 38 weeks until your baby arrives
• Continuous emotional, physical, and informational support during labor, including:
  • Attention to creating a calm, peaceful environment
  • Advocacy for your preferences and values to make sure your voice is heard
  • Continual grounding presence and encouragement
  • Hands-on comfort measures and positioning as needed
  • Help with decision-making and providing options
  • Guidance and support for the birth partner

Postpartum Support

• Ongoing text support and check-ins during the first 6 weeks
• One in-home postpartum visit (1-1.5 hours), including:
  • Time to reflect and talk through the birth experience together
  • Check in on postpartum recovery and overall well-being
  • Personalized postpartum resources and recommendations
  • A nourishing, home-cooked meal for your family
